Final assesment

NoParticipation - my participation in super fit this semester I think was great! You've had me as a teacher in the past 3 years at least once a semester and I think that this class I really put my all in and didn't slack off as much as I use to, I've defanitly improved with my participation threw out this semester cause mostly everyday I have been here on time and dressed ready to do whatever you've had planned. The only time I struggled with participation is when I had shin splints but I still tried to do my best and participate during fitness days by riding the bike or doing something that was modified for me but still got my heart rate up and my fittness in for the day. I can remember 1 time I didn't have my gym strip with me but other then that I had it on everyday dressed ready to go.

Social responsibility and contribution - personally this is where I think I lack during gym, I would much rather go on runs or do fitness alone rather then playing games and stuff. But when it came to it I still played and encouraged my friends and tried to do my best for my team. When it came to helping clean up I always picked up a ball or 2 before going to get dressed or helped with the nets after badminton or something. I don't really have much leadership like giving examples of games I wanna play or stuff like that but during fitness I encourage people and tell them theyre doing great or to keep going to help push them past they're limit.

Healthy living - I've always been a very active person, not with sports related stuff cause I don't like games and stuff like that but I've always been up to go for a run or to go do something that gets my heart rate up like going to the gym. I ussualy go to the gym at least 3 times per week or find other ways to get fittness in like jogging or swimming or something that's fun at the same time. I enjoy eating healthy. I don't eat McDonalds ever cause Id rather have home made food then fast food not only cause it's healthier but it taste way better as well. I've defanitly noticed changes in my heath this semester between losing weight from working out and my scores on the beep test and such have improved. The first week we had a beep test I got 6.3 and now I'm getting between 8 and 8.5 witch I think is awesome compared to the 3.2 I got in grade 8 on my very first beep test. A barrier I faced during this semester was getting shim splints. I wasn't able to run or anything cause they would be in pain but I found ways around it like biking rather then running or stuff that didn't include a lot of force on my feet. Im the future I plan to continue to try and live a healthy lifestyle by continuing to go to the gym and working out and eating healthy food to not only make me look better but to make me feel better and more energized as well.

Digital portfolio and reflective skills - pe to me is really Important because it helps with your personal health and being active benefits you on many different ways. Since the beggining of the semester I've done every blog post and I think I've done them all very well and I've actually though about evidence and mentioned it during my blog posts and tried to write as Much as a could. Overall I think this semester I did great and made a good improvment.

Report card

Action : my attendance is good I'm always here and ready to participate with my strip and everything I need. I think I do better on fittness days cause that's what I enjoy more, I lack in my effort with playing games and such

Contribution : I encourage people when they need it, I show good examples of effort and participation 

Reflection : I have all of my blog posts done and up to date, all the self assessments as well, I know what my strengths and weeknesses are, a weekness of mine would be playing games and a strength would be running and stuff to do with fitness 

I think over all I deserve an A (90%) cause of how much I've improved since last year and my participation and attitude towards the class

PE update and dance week

DANCE WEEK
during this week my attendance was really bad, because I don't like dancing, I actually can't dance at all and I don't enjoy it at all. When I did come to dance for Zumba my participation was really bad

SECOND POST
I'm here everyday, dresses and ready to participate, I've missed a few classes cause I've had to babysit or felt sick

I bring good energy to the class

I don't deal with being out of my comfort zone very well, I don't like playing games that's why I joined super fit rather then regular PE

To make the class better I could participate more in games

Interm blog post

Why? Because I like this class and I like coming to it

NS - never 

Doing these haven't effected my ability to participate in p.e 

I think that I do good on fitness days, I push my self to my limit and do so on non fitness days as we'll 
One time I was proud of my participation was when we did the beep test and I got higher then I did last time, and the time me and Jessica went for a run I really pushed myself 
I could improve more by doing more and pushing myself harder during fitness 

I think my best attributes in PE are doing fitness
I bring good energy to class with me
I don't think I can do anything to make the class better for me cause it's already amazing
